The Chantry Family Hub offers support to children, young people and their families. The hub provides a single place to go for information and make it easier for you to get the services you need throughout your family journey - from newborns to 19-year-olds, or up to 25-year olds with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). Kent Family Hubs are designed so you and your family can thrive.

The majority of activities we offer are free and drop-in, although some courses or events may require booking a place.

How to get here:
By bus: The nearest bus stop is Clock Tower, in Gravesend town centre. The nearest Fastrack bus stops are 15 minutes' walk away, on Garrick Street adjacent to Gravesend railway station, and are served by Fastrack services B and E.
By train: Gravesend station followed by bus (above) or a 10 minute walk.

There is parking available in the nearby Gravesham Borough Council car park, located opposite Children's Centre..
